Welcome to DeskSync. These Terms of Service govern your use of the DeskSync platform, including all associated software, databases, and APIs.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
DeskSync provides isolated B2B task management workspaces. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your designated Workspace URL. You must ensure that only authorized employees and contractors are granted access via Google OAuth.
All payments, billing, and tax collection (VAT/Sales Tax) are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. If payment fails, your workspace may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
You retain full ownership of all data, text, and files submitted to your DeskSync workspace. We store files securely using Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. We claim no intellectual property rights over your internal company data.
Workspace Super Admins possess the irrevocable right to execute a "Factory Reset" from the Admin Dashboard, which permanently and unrecoverably deletes all workspace task data. DeskSync is not liable for data loss initiated by authorized Super Admins.
DeskSync is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
