We want you to be fully confident when implementing DeskSync for your team. We strongly encourage organizations to fully test our workflow automation during our free trial period before committing to a paid enterprise plan.
Because of the immediate infrastructure costs associated with provisioning isolated tenant environments, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and you will retain full access to your workspace until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
We understand that an annual commitment is a larger organizational investment. If you purchase an annual subscription and realize within the first 7 days that DeskSync is not the right fit for your team's workflow, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
If you meet the criteria for a refund on a yearly plan, please reply directly to your original Lemon Squeezy receipt email or contact our billing support team.
Refunds are processed securely back to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Workspace Super Admins can manage, upgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time directly through the secure billing portal linked in their initial receipt.
