2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to operate your isolated workspace. We use it to route tasks, send SMTP notifications, and calculate internal analytics for your management team. We do not sell, rent, or share your internal company data with advertising platforms or data brokers.

We believe your data is yours. Your Workspace Super Admin has the permanent authority to initiate a "Factory Reset" from their dashboard, which instantaneously wipes all tasks, comments, and files from our active servers. If you wish to terminate your account entirely, contact our support team and your isolated tenant database will be physically destroyed.
